How It Works

1. Consult Call
Schedule your free consult call so we can get to know each other! I’ll learn more about your lifestyle, goals, and why you’re ready to start this journey right now. And you’ll learn more about Moxie Barbell and what to expect from your coaching journey!

2. Establish Baseline
New client questionnaire + introductory call to review your training history, eating habits, stress levels, support system, and more! We’ll dive deeper into what you shared during our first call so we can hit the ground running! I’ll learn more about everything you’ll need to thrive and walk you through the onboarding process.

3. Program Design
You’ll receive an individualized training and/or nutrition plan based on everything we chat about during your intro call! Thanks to our custom coaching portal, you’ll access all your programs, check-ins, messaging, and resources within a single app.

4. Execution
Get started with your new program(s)! You’ll submit daily and weekly check-ins, training videos, and send messages all in your portal. I’ll provide feedback, adjust programming, guide you in building new habits, and provide support to help you succeed. Together we’ll learn from your experiences and create strategies that work for your life!
